C.I.P. Cleaning In Place : The Tema Process sanitary, shaking fluid bed dryers are custom engineered to continuously dry (and/or cool) and gently convey large volumes of food products like Milk powder, Baby Food, Fruit Pulp, Protein, Maltodextrin, Lactose, Cheese, Gelatin, Sugar, Salt, Rice etc. The hygienic Tema fluid bed dryers are equipped with retractable Clean-in-place nozzles. The C.I.P. Nozzle has a retractable design. The retracted position during plant operation ensures no disturbance of the process, and eliminates product entrapment. During C.I.P. operation water is pumped to the nozzle under pressure, which forces the nozzle head into the correct position to clean the fluid bed, ducting and cyclones. Once the water supplied is stopped, the nozzle head retracts automatically to its starting position.
