Fibrated Proteins are finished products made with vegetable proteins. Fibrated protein products are used as ingredients for vegeterian or vegan dishes. They are directly extracted from plants such as soya, cereals, peas, beans, lentils, lupine sunflower, insects etc. After the moisture extrusion cooking the proteins are dried on a Tema fluid bed dryer.
