How does organic fertilizer processing work?

This video shows how wet manure can be processed into a stable, hygienic and granulated organic fertilizer. With controlled fluid bed drying, thermal treatment and efficient air handling, valuable nutrients are preserved while the product becomes easier to store, transport and apply.

Wet manure, digestate and organic residues are difficult to store, transport and process. Drying reduces moisture content and volume, improves shelf life and creates a more stable product. This makes the material easier to handle, spread, pelletize or sell as a fertilizer or soil improver.

Organic fertilizers contain valuable nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium. Controlled drying helps reduce moisture while protecting the quality and usability of the final product.
